Q: Can I demand compensation if defects are found on the product?
A: We promise replace if discrepancy as long as you send photos. Our quality
control staff inspects all product during the manufacturing process to ensure they
pass our quality standards. Any faulty product resulting from problems during the
production process will be replaced. In the event you receive any item from us
which is faulty, incorrect or damaged, please contact us and send us your pictures
as soon as possible. We will endeavor to understand the cause and offer a solution.
