Q: Are you trading company or factory? 

A: We are manufacturers. We have our own showroom.You are warmly welcomed  to visit us. 

Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM ? 

A: Sure. we have made OEM and ODM items for many customers.

A professional  development team to design new items are ready for you. 

Q: Can I order samples? Are they free of charge? 

A: Yes, we do sample orders for certain customers. Sample fees are needed and we  will deduct the sample fee from your bulk order later.

Q: What is the lead time? 

A: The lead time is usually 30-45 days after the deposit been received. 

Q: What's the payment term? 

A: T/T .

Q: Can I demand compensation if defects are found on the product? A: We promise replace if discrepancy as long as you send photos. Our quality  control staff inspects all product during the manufacturing process to ensure they  pass our quality standards. Any faulty product resulting from problems during the  production process will be replaced. In the event you receive any item from us  which is faulty, incorrect or damaged, please contact us and send us your pictures  as soon as possible. We will endeavor to understand the cause and offer a solution.
