A: Yes, we do sample orders for certain customers. Sample fees are needed and we will deduct the sample fee from your bulk order later.

Q: Can I demand compensation if defects are found on the product? A: We promise to replace it if there is a discrepancy as long as you send photos. Our quality control staff inspects all products during the manufacturing process to ensure they pass our quality standards. Any faulty product resulting from problems during the production process will be replaced. In the event you receive any item from us which is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us and send us your pictures as soon as possible. We will endeavor to understand the cause and offer a solution.
